YIMEIQI develops its biomechanical analysis in‑house with two proprietary solvers. These solvers compute every case on the true center of resistance of each tooth — so plans are physics, not guesswork.
Building on our technical heritage from the first development and clinical application of the Root‑Crown System (RCMS) in 2017, we independently developed two core solvers. Both enable personalized computation based on the true center of resistance and biomechanical characteristics of each tooth in every case.
A rapid orthodontic force solver based on an integral algorithm. Maps center of resistance → movement type → the required force system for every tooth, in seconds.
A mechanical solver based on the voxel finite‑element method. Models teeth, roots and bone together to produce stress fields and safe movement envelopes.
RCMS 3.0 reconstructs the full dentition in 3D — integrating CBCT root and bone data with intraoral crown scans into one tooth‑bone‑jaw model, and defining safe movement boundaries for each root.
Root‑oriented treatment planning & accurate execution: maxillary sinus, condyle position and cortical‑bone limits are checked on every plan — reducing risks such as dehiscence, fenestration and root resorption.
Instantly preview cephalometric data of the final simulated treatment outcome — before a single aligner is made. Automatic landmark detection ends manual tracing; the cloud platform needs no local install.
ART² utilizes 3D digital model superimposition across treatment stages to comprehensively evaluate tooth movement and rotation throughout treatment — qualitative and quantitative.
A fully automated, 10‑step digital production line — from print path to sealed unit — delivers aligners of consistent premium quality. Shipments now run from our new Shaoxing Intelligent Manufacturing Center.
Digital, auditable production — consistent premium quality on every unit, not just the first batch.
Robotic laser trimming follows the gingival margin with a ~0.03 mm spot: smoother edges, less polishing, more comfort.
Our intelligent manufacturing center in Shaoxing, Zhejiang — purpose‑built for clear‑aligner production at scale.
Also in development: JMCA — the Temporomandibular Joint Motion Trajectory Capture and Analysis System, extending digital diagnosis from static anatomy to jaw function.
Diagnosis → assessment → planning → manufacturing → monitoring. Each module feeds the next, so the plan you design is the one that gets made and tracked.
